Conditions of Access to the Dans le Noir ? Experience
These Conditions of Access to the Dans le Noir ? experience have been established to ensure the safety and satisfaction of participants, in consideration that the Dans le Noir ? experience takes place in complete darkness.
1. General
These Conditions of Access to the Dans le Noir ? experience are enforceable against all persons (hereinafter the "Participants") participating in the services offered by a Dans le Noir ? restaurant (hereinafter referred to as the "Restaurant") who acknowledge that they have read them and accept them without reservation.
Access to the Restaurant is accessible to minors aged at least six (6) years if they are accompanied by at least one natural person of legal age and that they comply with these Conditions of Access to the Experience, for which the accompanying person is the guarantor.
Access to the Restaurant is forbidden to animals, except for assistance dogs that can access the illuminated areas.
2. Information du Restaurant
Prior to the performance of the Service, the Participant undertakes to inform the Restaurant of any food intolerances and/or allergies.
He/she will also inform the Restaurant of any specificities of his/her diet and, in general, of any information that may have an impact on the smooth running of the Service.
The Customer acknowledges that he is responsible for this information, which he must provide in a clear, accurate, precise, and exhaustive manner and that any omission likely to cause him or her harm cannot engage the Restaurant's liability.
The Client acknowledges having been informed that the Restaurant may use surveillance cameras (infrared cameras in the dining room) to ensure their safety during the performance of the Service.
If applicable, only authorized personnel (manager and security guards and management of the Restaurant) are authorized to consult the images and they are destroyed no later than one (1) month after their registration. These images may also be handed over to the authorities upon request.

In the event of difficulty or dispute, the Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) directly on the CNIL website or by post by writing to: CNIL - Service des Plaintes - 3 Place de Fontenoy - TSA 80715 - 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07.
3. Participant's Conduct
The Participant undertakes to honor his/her reservation punctually.
They are informed that in the event of a presentation after the time of reservation, the Restaurant reserves the right to refuse access to the Dans le Noir ? experience without this giving rise to any refund of the sums that he could have paid in advance in respect of his reservation.
When participating in the Dans le Noir ? experience, the Participant:
- undertakes to behave appropriately, courteously, and not in a manner that is not contrary to good morals, it being specified that the Restaurant reserves the right to refuse access to the Experience, to expel or refuse to serve any Participant who is clearly in a state of intoxication or under the influence of narcotic(s) incompatible with the proper conduct of the service,
- is prohibited in all circumstances from making any insulting, degrading, inappropriate, insulting remarks and without this list being exhaustive, any hateful, racist, xenophobic, pedophile, homophobic remarks, damaging the honor or reputation of others, threatening a person or a group of people.
- is prohibited from consuming narcotics within the Restaurant.
- refrains from any inappropriate gesture or deliberate physical contact (of a sexual nature), whether consensual or not, with the guests of the Restaurant or any member of its staff.
- is responsible for its property and actions and for any damage it may cause to third parties during the performance of the Service.
- undertakes to contact the staff of the Restaurant prior to any trip to the dining room.
- is obliged to remain calm and scrupulously follow the instructions of the Restaurant staff in the event of an evacuation.
The Client is informed that luminous objects (telephone, watch, etc.) and/or bulky objects (coat, bag) are not allowed in the dark dining room and, if necessary, must be left in the cloakrooms/lockers dedicated to this purpose. The Customer is advised not to come to the Restaurant with valuables, as the Company declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to these objects.
Any person who violates these Conditions of Access to the Experience may be refused access to the Restaurant or be expelled from the Restaurant without notice and without the possibility of being reimbursed for the price paid.
