The chef at the Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa was given the challenge of creating a menu to be tasted entirely blind in the restaurant Dans le Noir? Lisbon restaurant. Playing with textures, flavours and smells, Valdir Ramos has created a surprising and original menu to tantalise your taste buds. Thanks to the use of fresh, seasonal produce, the flavours are all the more powerful in the dark. 

  

How the experience unfolds: 

On arrival, guests prepare for a memorable experience. All food allergies and intolerances are taken into account by our team on arrival. All personal belongings, including mobile phones, are left in the cloakroom for total immersion in the experience. Then, in complete darkness, accompanied by a waiter-guide, guests let themselves be carried away by this magical experience rich in meaning that changes the way they look at the world. 

The 3-course menu: 

This package for one person includes a starter, main course, dessert and still or sparkling water. If guests wish, they can also add a wine pairing to complete the tasting experience. The experience ends with a debriefing of the surprise menu. Laughter and amazement guaranteed!
